History Timeline
1982 - Signet Sportswear, Inc. was founded as an independent corporation after many years embroidering logos on name brand, private label, domestically manufactured sweaters as an internal division of the Winona Knitting Mills.
1994 - Signet Sportswear was renamed Winona USA, Inc.
2000 - Winona USA was purchased by R. Neil Hamlin and Jack Gunnarson. Their 75 years of combined experience helped redirect the company by expanding our marketplace and product offering. The addition of Advertising Specialty/Promotional Products and Corporate Fulfillment has been a successful compliment to our quality screen-printed and embroidered apparel.
2001 - Established the d.b.a. Excel Images, Inc.
Today - Embracing the challenges presented in a global marketplace by continually expanding our products and services.
